At the onset of the project, we’ll start with reviewing your current technology state, as well as your organizational needs. At this point, we’ll gather all the necessary institutional information to create assessments and recommendations for education-appropriate technologies. We’ll then guide you to make the decision on the right technology mix for your organization.
As you move forward with acquiring the new technology, we will also remotely be a part of all product demos to help guide the decision-making process.
After undergoing our proven research and analysis, we’ll provide you with a report that includes:
- A comprehensive program review of your current technology state
- A list of your requirements as it pertains to technology
- Strategic direction and recommendations on your technology stack
We’ll also schedule a one-hour phone conversation to walk through our findings and answer any questions you may have. Often times, we are asked to come on campus to present out to the group and would be happy to accommodate that request.
