This effort, which will help you curate valuable opinions from past students, is a great way to get feedback from large groups rather than relying on anecdotal feedback. We’ll help you design a 10-minute survey that measures your students’ satisfaction levels and brand perception while exploring other factors like who they believe your competition is and how your users take advantage of technology.
We’ll equip you to deploy this survey independently, with the option of adding extra questions if you so choose.
This project is based on design and analysis. The entire effort is conducted remotely, so no travel is required.
At the onset of the project, we’ll need you to fill out a brief instruction sheet with information that’s necessary for us to design the survey. We’ll apply your branding and add any additional questions you’d like answered, then send a draft of the survey for your review. Upon your approval, we’ll send you a link to distribute to your past students through the marketing channels of your choice. As the survey results come in, we’ll keep tabs on the results and provide regular updates on its performance.
Once a sufficient sample size has been reached, we’ll compile the survey results and begin analysis.
At the end of this engagement, you will have received:
